Put simply, Nomadic Yoga is a gathering tribe focused on building positive energy and creating change in the world. We are not defined by our place or form but rather by the actions we take towards healthy bodies and a healthy, better world.
We provide a mixture of Lila Yoga®, Ayurveda, kick-ass daily habits, self-love, gratitude and earth care to find the home within and LIVE our DREAMS. Each of us has a unique perspective and contribution to our COMMUNITY and the world NEEDS YOU!

Lîla Yoga® founded by Erica Kaufman. ~Influenced by Jiddu Krishnamurti’s philosophy and Krishnamacharya’s teachings, Lîla Yoga® is a traditional practice of Hatha (physical), Raga (philosophical), and Bhakti (devotional) Yoga. Through postures, breath work, meditation, teachings, silence, chants and devotions, Lîla Yoga® explores the possibility of living in brilliant ease by rejuvenating Self-trust/love, awakening energy within our body, and uniting this with universal currents of energy around us. Lîla teachings explore the holistic practice of yoga, the body’s relationship with the world around it, and seamlessly integrate Yogic Philosophy, Pranayama, and Meditation into an invigorating, fun, challenging and aligning Asana practice.

Ashley started me off on my “real” yogic journey and opened my eyes to the profound and holistic way of yoga. Her yoga is truly from the heart and her bliss-filled classes enabled me to see what yoga is truly about. I met Ashley in Byron Bay Australia, her classes were a perfect balance of mediation and challenge, showing me the limitless potential ability of my body, mind and soul. Her classes also showed me that you can practice without noticing the mosquitoes biting!
I didnt really enjoy yoga classes before I had tried Ashley's class. I have difficulty with my breathing and I found Ashley's style of doing specific postures/poses repetitively helped me breath correctly, but it also helped me learn the sequences quickly. Her instructions are clear and easy to follow. The postures and poses were not too difficult but some could be made challenging if you wanted to push yourself a bit. In two months I definitely noticed a difference, I am alot stronger, calmer and can now breathe properly. I highly recommend Ashley's class for beginners or well experienced yogis!
Ashley was absolutely amazing! She is not only incredibly knowledgable about yoga, but her style of teaching the class was the most incredible yoga experience we have ever had. Several other people in the class gave Ashley praise for such an amazing yoga experience. Ashley is the BEST yoga instructor at our gym. My wife and I (along with several other people who experienced her class) are so happy to have Ashley as a permanent yoga instructor at our gym.
I took private lessons with Ashley. The yoga experience that I had with Ashley helped me realize the real importance of the small details during practice. We chose the sun salutation as a main purpose for the lessons. While we were practicing, Ashley helped me wake up to the connection between the breath and the movements. As I was getting connected with my self, she continued to introduce new clues to make it better and better, like I never experienced in all my previous classes with graduate people back home. While I was getting faster she was becoming confident in me, and starting to push my yoga to the next level. Because of that I could realize the complexity of the sun salutation, and gained a solid foundation. Fun, challenging, built on awareness, easy to understand and good, positive feelings are things that for me describes Ashley's classes.
